Carly won her trip to Texas. Mark initially went along as her coach but decided last minute to enter himself. Between them they won 3 x 1st places, 1 x 2nd place and in the overalls came away with 3 x runner spots. We know what the process is like, we've done it ourselves, understand what you're going through and won't expect you to do anything we haven't done ourselves.

Keeley is a long term client who didn’t have any weight to lose but wanted to change her body shape. We’ve been through a couple of different phases, which included putting her right outside of her comfort zone and eating a lot and training real hard, but has resulted in these amazing results. She’s actually heavier in the right hand picture but completely different body composition. To be ‘toned’ you must build muscle first, which is exactly what she’s done.
