Tony has just completed 12 weeks with us. In this time he has been on holiday, lost a week due to injury and has still managed to achieve these results. We're delighted that  he's staying with the team to continue with his progress.

Following intrusive surgery, Faye stepped back into the gym and to begin with could only walk on a treadmill. 

8 months later she took part in a photoshoot and has continued her progress with us ever since. She has recently won 2 x first places in a bikini competition and is now back in training for the national finals at the end of the year.

Keeley is a long term client who didn’t have any weight to lose but wanted to change her body shape.
