Competition prep

In 2023, our first year of competition coaching, we achieved 3 x british titles at UKUP finals, Gymbodyz overall title which brought with it a trip to the USA, along with many other first places and over a dozen top 3 finishes in several other shows.

The first half of 2024 brought 2 more first places and an overall in the UK, along with 2 first places in the USA along with 2 runner up spots in overall line ups there.

  Finishing the year our athletes cleaned up in a fitness model show, coming away with several 1st places, a pro card and numerous other top 5 placings.

The team is already growing and have shows lined up for the end of 2025 and into 2026.
